We recommend having your jewellery inspected annually at Vira Earth. Complimentary cleaning and inspection are available once a year. Please note that any alteration, repair, or service performed by a third-party jeweller will void the warranty.

Within India: Vira Earth offers complimentary shipping to metro cities in India. Additional delivery charges of up to ₹5,000 may apply to remote locations; please confirm your PIN code with us before placing your order. Delivery to metro cities normally takes 1–2 working days. All shipments are insured during transit, and tracking details will be shared once the order has been dispatched. Identity verification and OTP confirmation may be required at delivery.

International Shipping: International shipping is currently available to selected countries, including the USA, UK, Australia, UAE, Germany, Switzerland and Canada, subject to logistics availability. The minimum international order value is ₹1,00,000. Estimated delivery time is 7–10 working days. Secured shipping generally costs US$175–$300, excluding applicable customs duties and import taxes. International orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returns: In-stock products may be returned within 15 days of purchase, provided they are unused, undamaged and accompanied by the original invoice and product certificate. Custom-made products are not eligible for the 15-day money-back policy. A fee of up to 5% may apply, together with applicable payment and shipping deductions. Returns are subject to approval by Vira Earth’s quality assurance team and are limited to a maximum product value of ₹3,00,000. Approved refunds will be transferred to the customer’s bank account within approximately two weeks of receiving the returned product.

Reverse Pickup: Reverse pickup is available within India. A charge of ₹1,000 plus GST applies in metro cities. Remote-location pickup will be charged at actual cost, up to ₹5,000 plus GST.
