Customised, resized, engraved, personalised, and made-to-order products may not be cancelled after production or modification has started.
26. Return Shipping

Customers should not return a product without receiving prior return approval and instructions from VIRA EARTH.
Unauthorised return shipments may be refused or returned to the sender.
Where a return is accepted because of an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, VIRA EARTH may arrange reverse pickup or provide shipping instructions.
Reverse pickup is subject to courier serviceability.
27. Reverse Pickup
