Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which a return, replacement, cancellation, or refund may be requested for purchases made through https://viraearth.com.
1. Return Eligibility
A return request may be accepted when:

2. Return Request Period
Customers must submit a return or replacement request within 7 days of receiving the order.
Any damage, defect, missing item, or incorrect product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests submitted after the applicable period may not be accepted.
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video

The customer must provide a clear, continuous, and unedited parcel-opening video.
The video should begin before the outer shipping package is opened and must clearly show:

Claims may be rejected when an appropriate unboxing video is not provided.
4. Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they were delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Products that have been resized, altered, or modified

Products purchased during clearance, final-sale, or special promotional sales

Products showing scratches, dents, discolouration, chemical exposure, perfume damage, water damage, or physical impact after delivery

Products returned without their original certificates, tags, packaging, or accessories

Earrings or other products restricted from return for hygiene reasons, where applicable
5. Jewellery Inspection and Quality Check
All returned products are subject to inspection by the VIRA EARTH quality-control team.
The inspection may verify:

Signs of wear, damage, alteration, resizing, or replacement
A return, replacement, or refund will be processed only after the returned product passes the inspection.
If the product fails inspection, it may be returned to the customer and any additional shipping charges may be payable by the customer.

Customers should not send a product back without receiving return authorisation from VIRA EARTH. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
7. Return Shipping
When the return is approved because the product is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrectly delivered, VIRA EARTH may arrange a reverse pickup or provide return-shipping instructions.
Reverse pickup availability depends on the customer’s serviceable location.
When reverse pickup is unavailable, the customer may be asked to ship the product using a trackable and insured courier service.
Where a return is requested for a reason not caused by VIRA EARTH, such as a change of mind or personal preference, return-shipping charges and other applicable costs may be deducted from the refund or paid by the customer.
Products remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received at our return address.
8. Exchange and Replacement
An approved replacement is subject to product availability.
If the same product or variant is unavailable, VIRA EARTH may offer:

Any price difference for an alternative product may be payable by the customer or refunded, as applicable.
9. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and passes the quality inspection, the approved refund will normally be initiated within 7 to 10 business days.
The refund will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Depending on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or financial institution, additional time may be required for the amount to appear in the customer’s account.
VIRA EARTH is not responsible for processing delays caused by banks, payment gateways, card issuers, or other third-party payment providers.
10. Refund Deductions
Where permitted, the following amounts may be deducted from the refund:

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the order was delivered damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect due to an error by VIRA EARTH.
11. Cash-on-Delivery Refunds
For eligible cash-on-delivery orders, customers may be asked to provide valid bank-account or UPI details to receive the refund.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate payment details. VIRA EARTH will not be responsible for a refund sent to incorrect details supplied by the customer.
12. Order Cancellation
An order may be cancelled before it is processed, packed, customised, or dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot normally be cancelled. The customer may submit a return request after delivery, subject to this policy.
Customised, personalised, engraved, resized, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled after production or customisation has started.
VIRA EARTH reserves the right to cancel an order due to:

Suspected fraudulent activity

Incomplete or incorrect delivery information

Operational or logistical limitations
Where VIRA EARTH cancels a prepaid order, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
13. Refused or Undeliverable Orders
If an order is refused at delivery, remains unclaimed, or cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, shipping, return, and handling charges may be deducted from any refund.
VIRA EARTH may restrict cash-on-delivery services for customers with repeated refused or undeliverable orders.
14. Damaged Packaging
Customers should inspect the outer package before accepting delivery.
If the parcel appears opened, torn, crushed, wet, tampered with, or otherwise damaged, customers should:

Record clear photographs and videos before opening the package, and

Contact VIRA EARTH within 48 hours.
Accepting a visibly damaged package without recording evidence may affect the ability to process a claim.
15. Colour, Size, and Appearance Variations
Product photographs are displayed as accurately as reasonably possible. However, minor variations may occur because of:

Handcrafted production

Natural stones, metals, textures, or materials

Manufacturing tolerances

Product finishing and polishing
Minor differences that do not affect the product’s functionality or overall design may not be treated as defects.
Customers should review product descriptions, measurements, size guides, materials, care instructions, and images before placing an order.
16. Manufacturing Defects and Wear and Tear
A manufacturing defect is a fault arising from the production or workmanship of the product.
The following are generally not considered manufacturing defects:

Tarnishing caused by moisture, sweat, perfume, cosmetics, or chemicals

Scratches or dents caused after delivery

Broken chains, clasps, stones, or components caused by impact or mishandling

17. Promotional and Complimentary Items
If an order includes a complimentary product, promotional item, or free gift, it must also be returned in unused condition with the main product.
If the complimentary item is not returned, its value may be deducted from the refund.
Where a discount was based on purchasing multiple products, returning one or more products may affect the original discount. The refund may be recalculated accordingly.
18. International Orders
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the website, returns for international orders may be subject to additional restrictions.
International shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and return-shipping costs are generally non-refundable.
The customer may also be responsible for safely returning the product through an insured and trackable shipping service.
